Rebel Assault Cheats

Note: the StormTrooper hint only works with the Intel version
When the Lucas Art logo comes flying in on your screen, do the following:

Joystick:

UP + FIRE

DOWN + FIRE

LEFT + FIRE

RIGHT + FIRE

The program should say:

"LUCAS ART"

and the cheatmode is on... You can now:

Reset your damage with the "+" button.

Play any level by using the keys 0-9 and A-E

Another note is when you are fighting the Stormtroopers on Hoth (ch. 9):
Always go through the door that has the black border around it.

On the main menu screen triple click between the 2 buttons at lower left (just under the Rapid Fire button) while holding down the SHIFT-OPTION-COMMAND-CONTROL keys. A button appears "magically" exactly where you clicked. This button is called "Yoda's Power Mode". The big deal with it is that if you select to play with joystick (the fun way to go), now YOU CAN HAVE RAPID FIRE!! If you don't do that, well good luck.

While in Yoda's Power Mode, you can skip to the end of a level with the esc key, and select any chapter in the passcodes dialog, as follows (no passcodes needed):

Go to the passcodes dialog, hit one of the key's listed below, and click on OK:
